I just talked to a very nice lady that is part of the interim management. The company is still searching for a proper merger candidate that will qualify them for the 15c211 filing. After all the time and money spent so far to get to this point, it is imperative to have a qualified merger candidate that gives them that next level status to get 15c211 approval. They can’t settle for a less qualified asset that might jeopardize approval or put them or shareholders at further risk.
