If leadership is not incompetent, then they are extremely callous towards those (the shareholders) who pay their salaries and keep the company in business while they bleed and bleed until success finally arrives. Assuming you are correct, in time Bal and others will reap the financial windfall they were always expecting, along with the knowledge that their products are making a difference in everyday lives. Otoh, the shoulder which carried the burden all along, receives zip.

Can't have it both ways. I'd rather they be business jerks than people who couldn't care less about those that have been hurt over and over (again the trusting investor) and who carried and continue to carry the company, while leadership's salaries and bonuses remain intact.

I tend to believe their disregard for the shareholder easily supersedes their incompetence; neither of which allays the fears that this one is not much more than a nice piggy bank for just Bal and friends.
