The 2022 Annual Report has been filed and all that is required to get back to OTC Pink Current is an Attorney Opinion Letter.

There are no grounds for it to go to Emerging Markets.

There is no restriction on trading it via the brokers that allow trading of OTC stocks.

$35K in unused new interest bid funds for several weeks while awaiting announcement of new business plan and likely and change and ticker change.
