We re-filed an amended version of our 10-Q today. It was a clerical error that did not
match up correctly to the 10-K that was filed at the end of March.

Nothing material changed, and our financials are exactly the same
as they were reported last week.

I will have a shareholder update coming out soon, that reviews the 10-Q
for the 1st quarter and covers all progress made thus far in Q2.
