I don’t think any of you know what you are talking about. One could assume this company has technically been in default all along. The date finally came, it’s probably just a formality for the bond holders that notice needs to be provided for booking keeping reasons. So they did. This is not the least bit surprising. And nothing changes. They could have forced a bankruptcy anytime they wanted I would guess. You are all focusing on nothing.
