This is the disconnect. THE OPPOSITE is true. Seeds grow with or without a CE. Seeds will multiply the valuation. Valuation will say FU to the OTC and make us eligible for the Nasdaq in a VERY short period of time.
Show me where a CE stops a plant from growing.
