I don't know if it was a scam or more likely inexperience by a building company trying their hand at being a publicly traded company.

Back when I had money I had a business and we incorporated into a C corp. My accountant asked if we planned on going public and we said, "No." His reply was, "Thank God."

There really is no upside to this company from a building/profit aspect. It's like buying a truckload of hot dogs for $100 and selling them $120. After paying for the dogs the $20 is used to pay salary. No real profit.

Maybe this 'company' should expand into selling Bud Light. I'm sure they could buy truck loads for pennies on the dollar. Then they could drink the profits, or share some cases as dividends for their disillusioned share holders.
