He got a lot more information than I have in my calls. They just tell me that there is no schedule and it takes as long as it takes.

That was my expectation for what you'd hear if you called, so I didn't think it was worth it to bother calling. They shouldn't be giving out any non public information, which is why they just give a generic response, and even telling you that it will happen soon seems like privileged information they can't disclose. But maybe there is a distinction between "I'd assume it will be filed shorty" (soon) and anything concrete like "This will be filed by Friday."

Who knows. But I'm skeptical that calling them repeatedly will change the process, the guys you'd be harassing are minions, the judges probably don't hear about it.
