Apples and oranges - NVOS isn't a bloated pig like XELA and doesn't have 1.3 BILLION shares outstanding with almost nothing held by insiders or tutes. NVOS has 144 million shares outstanding as of the 10K back in march and their fins show $22 million more than their liabilities.

Go look at XELA's fins and remember the assets should be more than the liabilites. There ain't no way they can get out of the hole Par has dug for them.
