I'm not sure of the exact date, but it happened fairly recently. Pagnano said that the R/S had been approved last year by shareholders - I honestly don't remember, but not sure what shareholder feedback was sought or given. He also said that after the last show airs, we will receive ratings info, which will help get a U.S. contract this spring. Take it all for what it is worth. I dunno.
