I agree that reversed split in OTC should be prohibited because this is how the scammers and criminal CEOs in OTC make a living. Look at the BRGO stock, the CEO from Armenia named Berge Abajian has continued to fabricate fake news to lure new investors to scam. He has done 7 reversed split in 10 years and he stole millions of dollars from small investors over the years with his consistent lies. He's still running the company until now hoping an unsuspecting investor will fall into his lies. He should have been jailed already but the SEC has allowed this piece of human garbage to be out there scamming people.
