On days when there's decent volume, the pps moves on air. Look at last Friday and a couple days during the previous week and even during the recent spike when the pps briefly moved into the low .20s. When there's light volume, it's mostly MMs playing footsies with each other making it look like people are selling. Don't know for sure, obviously, but you might be the only "real" person to have picked up shares so far today.
