Etrade wrote back. They said there can still be a potential payout down the road on removed CUSIP’s.

VERY IMPORTANT:

They instructed me to keep the email they sent informing of the 30-day removal as this would serve as a “receipt showing your ownership of the securities and if there was any payouts your due you would be able to present that to the proper Bankruptcy Agent handling the payouts.”

So I have saved all 3 individual Lehman emails, which include my positions (LEHGQ, LEHFQ, LEHJQ) and share amounts, in about 3 different places lol, just to be safe. Good luck to us and make sure you all save those “non transferable security removal” emails!!! We may never see a recovery in the coming years, but if we do, it looks like the recents emails will be our “proof” of ownership.
