“A tiny amount for the DOD is more like $100K than 10 million.”

Out of a budget that is $770 billion each year???…

Actually $10 mil is really not tiny…it is MINISCULE…

“That amount might run KBLB for another month, if they stretch things. ”

Which is exactly why talking about a funding of $100k is ridiculous…

“The DOD will not throw $10 million into KBLB on the off chance the company might produce something.”

Lol…they have long ago “produced something” and have since improved on it…

“KBLB will have some very specific deliverables and if they don’t make it, bye bye. ”

Smh…you are looking at this all wrong…

“I don’t even think this is a SLAM DUNK as so many people keep LOUDLY PROCLAIMING on this board.”

That’s because it IS a SLAM DUNK BABY!…

The military has been researching spider silk on their own…they are many years away from getting anywhere with it…they want to see if there is someone who can leap frog them into what is cutting edge in spider silk tech….

And that has Kblb written all over it…

I doubt the AF is particularly interested in spider silk underwear or ties…they already have a pretty good idea of what they want spider silk for…and what they will want it for has to do with weaponizing it…and Kblb won’t be a part of that…

But Kblb can be a part of medical uses and other non weapon uses…

The initial contract will be bigger than you think…because it is vitally important to the military…but they will research that and develop it on their own… with maybe some input from Kblb…

Once they decide Kblb has the inside track to what they need, there will be a contractual agreement, collaboration, JV, licensing or something that will result in big money to Kblb…

Even if it all goes bust…I see dollars per share before it does….and if it doesn’t go bust, I see MANY dollars per share…
