Bigger has a large stake in this stock, with over 190 million shares at 0.013+. According to the S-1, other heavyweights such as the Resnicks, Brian Kantor, Brian Herman, and Mark Peikin are also backing it. However, it's worth noting that this is a high-risk investment, given the company's financial situation. They've sold off their ETH, most of their Ostendo shares, and have a significant amount of debt, along with obsolete assets. Additionally, the company has stopped communicating with shareholders and is unresponsive to inquiries. Has anyone else contacted them recently?
Despite this, I'm still holding my core position. This company has a reputation for being "unconventional." One doesn't make money from this stock by playing the rules. Furthermore, the massive bid for the stock looks suspicious.
