Those types of announcements are commonplace in the dirty stinky pinky space. I've learnt to not believe any of that trash unless there's evidence it actually exists. Like I predicted before the r/s it will get back to No Bid after the r/s if one happened (which our course happened). No Bid is once again imminent so after that it's just wash, rinse, repeat x infinity as no one cares about what these people do.
