Attorneys tend to like to own real estate in hot areas simply from the investment perspective. In S FL they always grab up the residential properties on main roads of areas that are transitioning into the next hot retail/hospitality area. They set up their practice in them for a few years and flip at the peak since their exact location is irrelevant. Then they move to the next up and coming area.
