Thanks - I think my conversation with the
Trustee was also on the phone.


Even if the Trustee did file Claims under
the Guarantee I don’t think it would have
changed the ranking of the Capital Trusts
in the Plan of Reorganization. The Notes
held in the Trust were subordinated and
unsecured in the event of a bankruptcy,
and I do not recall the Guarantee stating
that the Guarantee still applied in the event
of a bankruptcy.
