Pathetic!! cant blame on seii alone thou, most OTC stocks are using good news as a escape door!!. Also no justification for the sp500 to be at this high level, with banks and the economy in such a disarray, We should be at least at the past August level or even lower IMO. When this market finally gets down many OTC stocks will go even lower.
