on banks? Hedgefund isn't banks so even if they do, it will make no difference and nothing will happen and the shorting will still continue. Think about it. if the Banks are doing great at shorting the stock market and making big money would they still get in trouble? Nope. Thats like if im a good employee and too valuable to get fire, i know i can come to work late and come back form launch late because i know they can't fire me because im too valuable but if i was not a good employee then of course i will get a warning. Same thing on Banks, they do poorly in shorting then they get the warning shot and that only means to tell them to do better. Why nothing happen in all of these congress hearing with brokers and hedgefund? that hearing is only for them "Congress" to see how they can help the hedgefund/brokers/etc, etc, etc. to do better. <--- FACT.
