Thanks JTFM. What do you think this means? Does this validate your belief that a third party (e.g. Abbvie) has an agreement with MVP to purchase their shares once an "event" is triggered such as a Libigel commercialization? If so, why would the company take this action now? The statement indicates no such event has occurred, but it does not mean it will not.

Alternatively, was MVP enabling shorts through the loan agreements?
