That’s right, TF. I’m the mm, and you the broker. I borrow 1 million shares from
you at a specified IR, and return date. I run up SP artificially, and sale the 1 mil. Then I open the spread, discouraging buyers and creating ‘sellers’ …..and the price plummets….but good for me, as I’m buying ‘back’ at lower prices , until I have the 1 million to return to you. The lower I take the SP, the more money I make.
In the aforementioned scenario, Company performance, visibility, technicals DO NOT MATTER.
The two schools of thought on this board, is 1. projected revenue growth, PR, and intangibles will eventually push Xall SP upward because of more investors, and 2. None of the aforementioned matters.
I’m in the number 2, and sometimes it appears you are, too. But also, you’re high on number 1, as well.
I know what OTC is about. I just don’t like it. I think it’s criminal. And I don’t think ignoring it is the answer. And I don’t know what is the answer.
