They reported 188 million of the OTC securities page for months and everyone knows it. I saw the unaudited disclosures just like everyone else that reported a different number. Therein lies the problem, its a shell game and they are selling shares but trying to keep it under radar so the unsuspecting buyers will put money into this POS
