LMFAO! The Restricted shares went from 80,680,531 down to 680,531!!!
That should drop the OS by 80,000,000 shares.
But the OS only went down 55,362,500 shares.
That means the Share structure expanded by 24,637,500 shares.

When the Unrestricted shares grow be concerned!!!!

Outstanding share count went down......
