O/S are insignificant, except as they determine the price per share.
If SMME is valued at $2 billion, then the price per share will be $!. (Would that make you happy and wealthier?)
With 11 billion cards being used throughout the world--and let's not even consider other uses of The Card--and "in time" 100 million cards are sold at $50 per card then the total revenue would be $5 billion. What might the price per share be? My guess is that it would exceed $! per share, certainly early on as sales grow.
Additionally, a R/S could take place.
My opinion is not to worry about the O/S amount. If you believe in the company accumulating shares before any positive announcement is made would be wise.
