i have been holding shares since 2005...and i never got a reverse split or anything.
how can they have 9+ billion on 10/13/2005, as listed on pinksheets and now have only 34 million.
here is a financial report from CTCK in 2005
http://www.coattecindustries.com/COATTEC-FINANCIAL_STATEMENTS_AS_OF_OCTOBER31,2005.doc
here are # shares as of 10/31/2005 from their financials.
Balance – October 31, 2005 7,837,760,000
of course, their financials are severely out of whack.
i love this:
Common Stock: 50,000,000 shares authorized with a par value of $.0001; Preferred Stock: 50,000,000 shares authorized with a par value of $.0001; 7,837,760,000 common shares issued
50 million authorized...
7+ billion issued and outstanding...
make sense to you?
this would be dilution and a violation i would presume.
