Has everything to do with the fact that a-c-cr was never registered with the SEC, never a SEC filer and sending in technically illegal SEC letters to otcm which is frowned on by the SEC is meaningless. And for advertising purposes only. As with 8K's which are never used properly in the otcm any more.

otcm does not vet a single submission, it's in their disclaimers and the only reason they mention 'filing' at all is for the private owner of otcm to attempt to look legit and look like a exchange which he is not, and creates nothing tiers just to up the fees. It's the fees that keep a-c-c-r showing up on otcm, not the phony financials. A otcm requirement is empty hogwash.
