Name association is the only proof needed when it comes to anything PCTL.

If it says Gary Grieco, it has to be PCT's Gary Grieco, no further proof needed. Name association negates the need for further proof.... right?

This is what I have learned from observing the Kane name association situation. Not an option to consider there could be multiple people with same/similar names.
