A-cc-cr absolutely is a shell. It fits the SEC and Finra description to a tee. No income, no product, no legit financials, not allowed to use stock sales as income, no product in any market anywhere, permanent startup mode. The ex principal tried to claim it wasn't a shell early on.

He got caught and likely received a letter from the SEC and told 'don't do that'.

Just because a mentally handicapped ex owner said it wasn't a shell, doesn't make it true.

And corp rep attorneys have to file that letter every year.
