Share Structure Annotations in my posts: Red numbers indicate previous totals and reported date of change. In the OTC there is rampant dilution so it is to everyone's advantage to know when & how much share distributions or buybacks are expedited.
I am so used to using red in the OTC that it becomes automatic.... GDVM is a different bird, perhaps I should start using green for share structure annotations.
On the charts OBV is the canary in the coal mine for diluted shares but the reported monthly/quarterly annotated changes puts numbers on the cause of bird's death.
