REVERSE SPLIT IMMINENT!!!! FACTS:

THE CEO HAS SAID IN THE PAST HE MUST AVOID SUB-CENT PPS:

We need to execute on a reverse split. Sub one cent makes it very difficult for a lot of people to buy our stock.”

Now that may confuse some people… “duhhhh….it’s easier to buy cuz it’s cheaper duhhh” but they should just be quiet when the grown ups are speaking.

Scamus wants institutional buyers, big buyers, not penny stock gamblers. Big buyers bring big checkbooks but have rules against buying “sub cent” stocks.

Why do they have rules? Because most sub cent stocks are sub cent for a reason. They’re garbage scams or maybe a legitimate business which in reality is a personal piggy banks for shyster CEO’s. Hmm, sound familiar?

So scamus says ‘hey man we have to RS to get the PPS high enough that these big investors will capitalize us so we can expand’.

But the problem of course is even with 9 REVERSE SPLITS, RNVA is still trading at not just sub cent but sometimes .000001.

SCAMUS WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS! He wants price above sub cent!
