A look at their last annual shows an abysmal performance over the years.

And this kind of thing always bothers me.

The Company’s office address is 193 Wild Turkey Drive, Holiday Island, Arkansas 72631. The Company acquired the property in September, 2020 and entered into a Contract For Deed with the seller, who retains title to the property until the purchase price is paid in full. We are in the process of significantly improving the value of the property with inside and outside additions and renovations planned over the next 1-3 years.
