Not if co. has strong financials is cash flow positive and growing.
Lastly if the RS involves an Uplisting to a better exchange it’s all the better.
Most RS is for co.s with no money struggling to raise capital.
Not the case here with Elite. They have 15 million $$$ in the coffer
Elite qualifies for Uplisting so their true value will be revealed
