"when it’s likely more dilution is going to be needed to keep the company afloat and now it’s going to take at least 4 times as many shares to do the financing?"

gee... let me think....ummm, maybe because they dont believe any of that is true?...especially the "4 times as many shares to do the financing"...

im not even sure what shares you are multiplying by 4...it seems to me that we diluted close to 200 mil shares to get the $8 mil...are you saying the next dilution will be 800 mil shares??...

or maybe you mean 4 times the billion shares we now have?...

whatever... there wont be a need for more dilution for at least a year or two...so theres time...

many were posting about buying shares at .03...i myself bought a ton there...

averaging down wasnt the only reason to buy shares at .03...it just made sense to...it looked like a bottom...time will tell...

but this is the stock market...its the otc...its not for the weak or squeamish...yes there is substantial risk....it goes hand in hand with substantial gains...its not for everyone...thats why there are mutual funds...

if anyone cant stand the heat, get the hell out of the kitchen...its really that simple...

"You only average down if you think things are improving"

yes...or will improve...or .03 is the bottom...or no matter what, there will be a spike before the fall and you want to have a low average pps to break even or profit when that happens...there are actually dozens of reasons to buy low...

but if it is believed that the stock is a loser and a scam, there is ZERO reason to hold...

"So far I don’t see any signs of improving."

there are many strategies that can be employed to profit in the stock market....

sitting around and complaining while doing nothing, probably isnt one of them...
