I believe that NWBO could have events similar to IMGN's TLD for the Mirasol trial in the near term, don't take too much time doing your DD. The first thing is applying to the UK for approval, the MAA could be filed any day. Approval will be the second thing, they know the product very well in the U.K. with many there receiving it under compassionate use as well as playing a major part in the Phase 3 trial. Finally the key to mass production is the FlaskWorks Eden unit which can produce the vaccine largely automatically rather than requiring an individual cleanroom to make each batch. The unit is owned by NWBO but is in the process of being optimized and then approved by the regulators. I don't believe they'll go for approval outside the U.K. until the Eden is approved, but that's just my opinion.

I don't believe the share price will stay below $1 very much longer.
