Wow!! I can't recall an offering that was made above the price of the close the day before. That is quite impressive.

Net proceeds after underwriting fees from this upsized offering will about $350M*.



Wow, $350 million is 1.5X higher than the what they just announced yesterday. Color me impressed and happy.
