Needs Annual Form C or else it's going to Expert Market.

It would seem to me we either do, or we need approval from the SEC to actuate the Form C on file.

Only a 616 m float? That's nice SS.

Pretty small however 3.51 billion should represents Blue Bull Venture B V Inc a spin-off of PTEL...

The other 16.48 billion I believe are tied up in the ENTI/PTEL MMX deal from 2010. ENTI J105 shares compared to ENTI J303 shares of which around 15.4 billion represent @1711.56:1 around 9 million shares. The remaining might represent. 99 million reset (Corporate), 1 million in form C and the rest PEG INC.

It is my belief the 616 million Float of the 3.51 billion Venture represents 169 million TORQ, 167 million TORQ, 250 million REIT and 30 million other shares.

My opinion is there is a lot of parking to be done between ENTI/DUTV and PTEL and others that might apply.

Spin-off and applying corporate actions would greatly improve the PPS. Might be much of this is stuck across the pond in BREXIT. Maybe Charles Crowning will speed the process up. They do have to exchange commonwealth currency now with a soon to be new KING. Don't think that happens until BREXIT is settled.
