Frank never purchased any assets of the company. According the sales contract Frank only engaged to purchase Nathan's majority shares with voting interest and has never finished paying that off.

Frank has lied to everyone about having any assets transfer over. His do-boy Liam aka Billy has faked all the books and many know it and have promoted it here online.



Perfect timing again for the new set of lies about Frank. Last set of lies came from Minera on the same day as the MONI Website launch.
