I dont think they wholesale to Curaleaf. Since CURLF is the license holder and ERBB is a designated offsite grow op, ERBB has to provide them flower to meet quota, but i could be wrong. Anything outside that is wholesaled to like Sol Flower and Cannabist. And i dont think its 250/lb, thats the cost of a good ounce, not 16 ounces lol but id have to go over the numbers for clarification.
Thats also why its peoples responsibility to research.
Im still in it, ive been watching the permits and assesor page. They combined all 3 lots of the property in to 1, still listed as the owner. I saw they took down the sales page for the new grow and wonder if they found someone to buy for $12M. Watching the assessor to see if it changes hands
