This is just 1 case... we reached a settlement in this case WITHOUT A SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE.... But remember we have settlement conferences with twitter/Verizon/google/meta/ ETC and even on one of them they are continuing onto a day 2 of settlement discussions.

Reaching a settlement with AMAZON here, which happens to be larger than all those other companies, will really give us more leverage to negotiate with the other companies.
