Even when Seii becomes a shell ( worst case scenario ) it will have value . If they do Reverse merge with another Chinese company. They love to be public companies based in the USA. that's a status for them. So even when the OS will become around 2.5 Billion shrs it will be in good standing for a possible R/M. They just have to keep being Pink Current.
