SGMA doesn't much matter if they divest all of it. They have no operational responsibility so there will be no more cash going out the door. Retaining 20% is just their way of dividing the write down into multiple pieces kind of like slicing up a pizza. Eventually it will be written down to zero and its worth zero now. I don't currently own any but need to look again.
