Yes, its because Miller is a one trick pony, he pulled the identical schtick in his last company SVAD. He took his printing company public, released bs news about opening new offices, diluted the shareholders into oblivion, did a massive 500:1 reverse split......then diluted them into oblivion again. Soon you will likely see news about how he's trying to restructure the toxic convertible financing deals that he enters, which of course will not work and shares will continued to get dumped at will.

Unfortunately, this guy is able to get away with this crap over and over again because as PT Barnum once said, "There's a sucker born every minute."
