sorry but that comment "Shell risk " is nonsense to say the least. My advice is do your DD in the OTC page into to find out why they assign that label. I told you they have chosen PLPL for 40 M reasons and they are in the same business area in orderr to apply the carry forward loss stuff!!! GLTY to get 0002s
