MONI does not need any money for the transaction to complete as you have incorrectly stated. Like what the PR had stated... MONI signed a Binding MOU with a Part 135 Air Charter Company to acquire 100% of MONI. This means that MONI is not doing the acquiring... instead... MONI is the one that is being acquired:
