the whole controversy surrounding a RM
may be a moot point.
i don't believe G ever used the term "reverse merger". he simply said merger and in what seemed a very general term.
people just glom onto the reverse merger label because it has become a favorite OTC catch phrase used in an attempt to sound knowledgeable.
a legit RM of any value is unlikely,some kind of partial acquisition would serve just as well as it would be perceived as the former and have the same affect on the pps.
