So? What large investors did he lie to? Also we know Tradition Transport. Very easy to DD it. Boy several on this board seem desperate to convince us Carnes is a fraud, but he is no longer CEO here, up until this late filing he has done 100% of what he promised. Not all shells are equal, APSI is very unusual in that it only has 17.2 million OS. I am not saying Carnes has been perfect here, but I don’t think this over the top hysteria is merited. Also if he doesn’t get his deal put together, he loses too.
