You best believe Frank got a happy ending because 4 months before he purchased the company he had Bill and his Chinese girls slowly purchased all the ooo zero stock and delayed the purchase so he could then do a short burst marketing campaign that blasted the stock to 0.14 cents and then used that money to put a down payment on the company.

Then he made promises to get the consulting agreement(s) that he never performed on and had his them passed through to flood the market with shares. All along he was telling everyone that he was reducing the stock while he was flooding the markets getting paid from everyone purchasing from his Liam-aka Billy boy and his love you long time girlfriends in the market.

You will never find a wire transfer or any money they he paid for those shares or you will never find any verifiable work he performed for them to the company.
