Where they in a hurry too pay property tax on 5 million since assessor will charge that iow since you independently decided to make a press release about the increase..
OR WAS THAT PRESS RELEASE JUST TO GASLIGHT PEOPLE TO THINK if they can get a loan for 12 mill they must be legit.. Even the talk about 2 mill in equity, so they put in 2.5 million then got it appraised for 2 mill more then they bought it for. IN REALITY they bought at the top of the phoenix RE bubble, also during a time when lumber and material costs are almost double from 3 years ago.
