Also hard to think different from that .. WHY would they not wait until the very last month of the purchase option expires to buy the building ? where they in a hurry to pay 50+k instead of 14k a month?
Where they in a hurry too pay property tax on 5 million since assessor will charge that iow since you independently decided to make a press release about the increase..

OR WAS THAT PRESS RELEASE JUST TO GASLIGHT PEOPLE TO THINK if they can get a loan for 12 mill they must be legit.. Even the talk about 2 mill in equity, so they put in 2.5 million then got it appraised for 2 mill more then they bought it for. IN REALITY they bought at the top of the phoenix RE bubble, also during a time when lumber and material costs are almost double from 3 years ago. While trying to convince people they are really doing the something they said they showed a video with THE GREEN company tearing out the inner wall 25ft tall that was FRAMED AND INSULATED AND DRYWALLED.
Pretty difficult to think even this is real also, or just another gaslite illusion
Seriously who the heck would tear out 1/4 million $ in framing and insulation in PHOENIX especially in a grow room. who the heck would set up a indoor in phoenix in first place.. so disconnected and full of guano.
