This isnt an issue of understanding the rigors of a PCAOB audit. Its an issue with the company not publicly addressing why they are late. The silence from the company indicates to me that there is something more to it.

Do they project that it will finish within the grace period? Thats a pretty big unknown risk if they dont have a projection that indicates they will finish it in time. We just dont know because they arent addressing it publicly.
